Please note prices are subject to change. Normal distance from school is 30 to 40 minutes by public transport. Breakfast and dinner are included with lunch provided on weekends.

Cancellation and refund policies for Student Accommodation

Booking fee: no refund
Airport transfer service: Less than 2 working days notice for any changes to the flight details no refund

Before students commence their accommodation: Less than 2 weeks notice: the maximum cancellation charge will be equal to 2 weeks accommodation. If the student is delayed they will be charged until they arrive.

These conditions apply in all the situations including: cancellation, visa refusal, postponement, reducing the period of the accommodation etc.

After the students commence their accommodation: no refund

Cancellation before students start their accommodation:
A charge equivalent to 2 weeks’ accommodation will be incurred.

Note that if a student arrives later than the starting date of their booked accommodation, they will be charged for the days they have missed.
